"The factory is aware of the problem and working hard to resolve the straight stitch issue. As soon as there is a resolution, we will inform all dealerships.

In the meantime, move the needle one or two positions to the left to get a better stitch. We realize this is not a permanent fix and will not work in all applications."

I've not tried Kee with needle moved to the left, I'll sew on my other machines for now, but may be worth trying for anyone having the bobbin tension troubles.

Bernina International.

And now I'm going to go email myself my feelings about this entire situation; rude words will be included.

Our factory is aware of the problem, which as been rather prevalent for over six months now, but we've decided to continue selling defective machines and pretend nothing is wrong. Wouldn't want to upset anyone who assumed if they purchased the most expensive brand of sewing machine that it would be able to sew better than a $100 WalMart special. Oh, and we haven't had time to instruct our dealers how to graciously handle the issue, but we'll be getting around to that eventually.
