I have my camera's basic photo editing program on my computer, and I know that photobucket also has a free photo editor with more advanced features. I also understand that photoshop's cheapest option costs $20 per month. What do you think are the best free, nonbasic, and easy to use photo editing programs?

How much editing power do you need? In other words, what do you want to be able to do?

Thank you for asking, Sew Confused. I just want to be able to cut out backgrounds from an image and superimpose the image on another background. Actually, I just discovered a few minutes ago that my Snagit screenshot program will allow me to do everything I'd like to do. So, problem solved. Thank you again.

By the way, here's my first practice photo.
