I have some interfacing but I not sure what kind and how to use it. It was given to me with a bunch of fabric. It has iron on adhesive on one side. It has no stretch. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like Armo Weft. It is used a lot on suit jacket fronts. I sometimes use it for the waistband on pants.

Yes, it looks exactly like the Armo Weft I have in stock. I've used it to good results with suit jackets interfacing the fronts, hems, back shoulder and armhole . Quite good interfacing, but there are others out now that are just as good if not maybe a little better.
