It came out very nice. I cut my Hawaiian fabrics for the shadow box.

I really enjoy quilting. I love to play with fabrics, colors and pictures. I recently discovered how much fun applique can be. As I love making pictures, landscape quilting can be challenging, but seeing the picture come to life is so rewarding.

That is just strikingly beautiful. I hope you have it in a prominent place in the house.

Love the white framing Learn, really emphasizes the beauty of your Hawaiian fabric. Lovely!

I think I'll hang it in the entry way and I can see it all day long in a light and bright space. The bottom row looks like it has so much white at the bottom of the fabrics. That is due to the angle of the picture. It really is not there. The glass is frosted around the fabric. I am really thrilled at how well it came out.

Next time I go to a garage sale and see a something in a collage' type frame, I'll buy it and put fabric in the places pictures normally go. This way I can add a lot of fabrics and different colors, and not have to use up much fabric.

This is just a FQ that I cut down, stretched a little, taped and framed for DH. He loves it. The frame was a $5 special at a craft store last summer.
