Just received my August/September issue and was surprised to find that I have 2 sets of pages 25 to 32 but no 33 to 40 pages! Anyone else have this problem? Just wondering if mine is just a fluke or was there a major production error! I've contacted Vogue about getting another copy sent to me.

Ugh...just flipped through my copy (it was fine).....great issue if you are a garden nymph. They are stretching me on the fabrics from bacteria, but I must give it the attention deserved....

Yes, I had problems with the bacteria, too. It reminded me of something disgusting (I just remembered, but it is too gross)

All in all, the whole magazine was too much that way. Vogue "Patterns" magazine is leaning toward Threads, they were on the same dyeing theme with both of their current issues. I expect Threads to be more that way as far as fibers, artsy, designers, etc. Sorry I renewed Vogue as there is barely anything "patterns" about it.

I got both my Vogue and Threads on Thursday. I really don't like the turn Vogue has taken with their magazine! It feels "cold" and not much actual sewing going on! I didn't care for the "slime" fabric either - and most of those designers didn't rock my boat either. I just renewed a couple of months ago and if this doesn't change, I'll not be renewing! Such a shame - I've been a subscriber for years! I always looked forward to seeing the new designs, but there sure isn't much in this issue - and the models and poses - so unattractive. Does anyone but me think the anklet socks with the high heels looks so frumpy!!!

ETA: No problems with the pages - just what is on them! LOL

Same here; I completely agree.

Note how few patterns are indexed in back...only 11. One is indexed twice, two are corsets.

They need more designer pattern collaborations. Donna Karan can only carry them so far.

I have to agree with all of you about this issue's content.....maybe I'm lucky I'm missing some of the pages. I agree if the issues don't get better, I will not be renewing again either.
