Does anybody know if the Babylock tru-stitch regulator that can attach to the Ellisimo (among other BL machines) be used on a Brother Quattro? I have the Quattro and would like to get the stitch regulator, but obviously don't want to jeopardize my machine.

I do not believe it can. If I remember correctly my dealer said it was made specifically for the babylock machines.

By the way when I played with it you had free motion slowly otherwise it became jumpy.

My dealer said it could be used with the brother model versions. I have mine on layaway right now. I would talk to your dealer. Mine sells both brands so they are very familiar with brothers and babylocks

Hi, Yes, the Babylock Tru-Stitch regulator works fine on the equivalent Brother machines. I have a Brother Quattro and Dreamweaver, and also the Babylock Tru-Stitch regulator. It works great on both machines! Really nice and easy to use.

Thank you for your replies. I'm excited that I can use it on my Quatrro. I'll be getting it soon.
