I got these two cuts of fabric from FM. This is my first time ordering burnout.

Black & White is cotton voile-1 yard, r/w/b is cotton/nylon shirting-1.5 yards. Pattern suggestions? I'm thinking something rather simple - tank/tee style tops. I browsed quickly through my top patterns and nothing seems quite "right". *maybe* S1614??

I got the black/grey/white one. I was surprised at how stiff it was. I figured it needs to be a camp type button down the front shirt. If you wash it, let me know if the hand changes. I am looking forward to what you do with it !

It is quite stiff. The olive green shirt I made was my first time working with cotton voile. It was stiffer than expected and remained that way after washing. It's nice and soft but not much drape.

I'll have to see. I have to have something in my pattern stash that works!!
