I have this machine that I got from my Mom. Not sure where she got it but may have bought it with S&H Green Stamps.
I'm guessing it's a 1960-ish model.
I'm looking for any information as to where I can parts and/or a manual for this machine or any other info anyone would like to share .

I have one with the "Dressmaker" logo on it. Mine is turquoise with silver chrome, and some extra "bells and whistles." It's a sweet, solid machine! It has a side-loading, oscillating hook system that moves with your needle. Flip it up and watch the underneath side while you turn the hand wheel. It took some brain power to figure that one out. Since it's a side-loading bobbin, the needle will go into the shaft with the flat side to the right.

If you have any specific questions, I'd be glad to answer them.

Mine is turquoise and cream. It's a pretty machine. I remember sewing on it when I was a kid.

Any idea where I might find parts for it? I'm sure it needs new feed dogs and I think I may have to replace the spring for the presser foot.

Hi,please scroll down in this link and look at all the sewing machine manual pictures to see if one of the pictures looks like your 1960s Universal Deluxe Zig Zag model.I recognized my 1970s Kenmore c877.07 model sewing machine as a Deluxe Zig Zag # 51 in that link.

Your sewing machine dealer might be able to get parts from Brewer - who only sells wholesale. I could look it up at work tomorrow, and get back to you. Are the feed dogs fixable or just missing? The spring for the presser foot shouldn't need to be replaced. A lot of times the old oil gums it up, and it just needs to be dissolved with some WD-40, then thoroughly cleaned. If the presser foot tension isn't tight enough, have you got the presser foot tension button tight? It's the post with a spring, on the top, left. I'll check on the feed dogs and get back to you.

The feed dogs are just worn down from years of use.
As for the presser foot tension, I'm pretty sure I have it as tight as it will go but that is one reason that I was looking for a manual. I just push the little button down that is located on top of the knob to apply more pressure. I can lift the foot without too much trouble and it shouldn't be that easy. I was thinking that maybe over time it's lost some of it's 'spring'.
I'll snap a pic here in a sec..

Any idea what the dial to the right of the width dial is for?

I don't have this machine. But, I'm guessing that dial to the right of the width dial is for making button holes. It looks like the right side of the button hole, the top/bottom of the button hole and the left side of the button hole.

Looks very similar to the sewing machine my Mother had, though hers was branded as a White, the model was Min, had no buttonhole knob, and was a darker blue.
