Have ANY of you heard or seen a Ball-O-Matic sewing machine??
The one showing up on my city's craigslist is BEAUTIFUL! but there is NO information as to who or where they were made. It's definitely vintage. I wanted to see if anyone has used one? There are no reviews ANYWHERE about this machine

With a name like that, "sewing machine" is not the first thing that comes to my mind.

Is this the listing? It looks like a Japanese clone. If all is in good order you really can't go wrong with these tanks:

Wow! If this is the one - it'd be worth it just as an art piece of industrial design!

It looks like it has a high shank. Doing a search on eBay yielded a variety of feet. You could even get a high shank adapter to use snap-on feet. There are other good sources besides eBay.

now I'm looking at an Italian made Necchi!
Maybe I'll buy both! My husband doesn't say anything but I can see that "look".
"How many machines does a beginner need??" I can't believe I didn't see how COOL these sewing machines are before!!!
