Hi, I have the Islander Pattern for a jean jacket, and I need to do a full bust adjustement of about 2 inches, would you just add to side seams of the lower side panel or do a full adjustement, I wear a d cup bra. thanks

If you just add to the side seams you are also altering the armhole. I would do a FBA rotating the dart into the yoke seam and the front seam.

There may be enough ease already.. check the finished garment measurements.

I usually have to do an FBA (also cup size D) but I didn't need it on the Islander jeans jacket. I did make an FBA on a discontinued McCall's Palmer/Pletsch jeans jacket. I did it at the Palmer/Pletsch school & we did a princess seam FBA so there's no need to rotate a dart anywhere. HTH
