I got my new Nancy's Notions catalog in the mail yesterday. I'm not sure if this is always, but it came with another free shipping code like the last one. Good for any order over $20 until 9/6/2013. Do you know how much Maderia cotton thread I could collect by then lol. Plus she has decent sales here and there. I have always loved her catalog since the late 80's. And think she has always been a class act. I think it took a lot of courage to be close up in front of cameras with her facial disability. Anyway if you get her catalog, free shipping code.

I JUST ordered 12 spools of Isacord last night!

I needed stabilizer, I was at Red Rock, so I decided to JUST BROWSE! the thread......guess how THAT turned out??

I ended up visiting the Isacord site, they were cheaper, so I ordered from them, and got a few extra spools since I was saving $$.

I want the whole set of their thread. I think I am going to start buying lottery tickets. I ONLY need to win $2000 to get the set!

Of course she isn't enabling. She is just trying to be helpful, considerate.. and save us all some money. so thoughtful of her.. as until today.. I was not even needing any more thread..

My dealer always pushes the cotton machine embroidery thread. It's really pretty, great when you want a matte finish, and it fills in really nicely. Great for use on deco stitches too!

NO more fabric, no more thread - OMG ye olde trailer is spilling out of drawers!!!!

I mean even DH has "seen" a FEW of the drawers - darn him for looking grrrrrrrrrr So now I have to keep Track of my purchases so *I* can see what and how much I'm spending heheheh Not that I care, but.... I realize I've got enough for probably 20 quilts already and only 3 more months of sewing time hmmmmm ok off to get to cutting!!

I'm like you I have ordered from her {nancys notions) since 1982. I even remember when you could rent sewing vidios on just about every thing.I have always been happy with the things I ordered. I really liked the books and the dvd. I'm one of those people if having trouble I could go back and see what to do.
