I have not read the list yet but what SIZE room do you want all this to fit into? I would prefer one at least 25 x 25 and possibly larger than this.

What a list! I do still use the tracing paper and wheel at times. I'd not have the small refrigerator, as I don't like bringing drinks in there, nor do I watch TV, but that's just me. A computer desk would be awesome.
I'd switch one of the machines for the Juki 2010. Maybe the Sensation and the Juki only, though if this is just a dream, have them all!
My dream room would be 25x25 too, Learn. Absolutely!
I probably need to re-do my room and find more space, though I've done it dozens of times.
As for thinking of anything else - wow. NO! You seem to have covered it all very well!!

Fun to dream, isn't it?

I have most of what I need already, albeit not all in one room. DH says we have a "sewing house" LOL I have sewing and/or craft stuff in almost every room. My machine choices are different from yours I am quite satisfied with what I have. Except I would like to have a treadle. I learned to sew on a treadle 45 years ago and just want one to have.

I would like a dress form, but it needs to some kind of "diy" form the commercial ones are not shaped much like me.

The one big thing for me that's not on your list is a longarm. Not sure what kind but something like a HQ Avante - about 18" with a frame big enough for a king-sized quilt. And a house with a big room to put it in

I'm satisfied with the machines I currently have also. My Janome 10001 is awesome. If ever I got back in sewing clothing a lot I would think about a new serger mine is 16 years old but still works fairly well. I was just starting from scratch with the list. A lot of the other things I have from 40 years of sewing. Even though I basically started over in 1989 when I really started sewing again after my dd was born.

Thought of a long arm. But not sure how much I'd really use it. I can do basic FMQ but it's nothing to brag about. So as of right now this is what I would want. Also I have no room in my house that I could put a long arm in. Only the basement and that's taken. So I never started lusting after one. I think the are neat though but also $$$$ not sure I would want to put that much money into it. Also for me the fun in quilting has always been about the top not the actual quilting part.

Oooo how FUN! A fantasy sewing room!

Hmmm....

I would 1st have a BIG room. Don't know what dimension, just that it would be GINORMOUS! It will have SHELVES covering every available wall space.

I would have at least one machine from every major brand.
Don't know which ones exactly because I am not familiar with most brands.
I already have my Pfaff Creatives, might as well add the Sensation.

I am thinking the Janome 6600, and the Bernina 6-hundred something that never had any problems. The Babylock serger that airthreads and auto adjusts tension, the Brother machine with the laser guide and Disney embroidery. A Singer from way back when that still sews perfect straight seams. That Juki TL-something. A sashiko machine. A 10 needle embroidery machine. That's all I can think of for now, I am sure I will think of a few more later! Oh, I forgot Vikings! Not sure which one. Not sure about the longarm either. Loading the quilt onto it seems like a LOT of tedious work to me.

Oh heck, this IS a fantasy, so in my fantasy I have mastered loading quilts onto the longarm that is in my fantasy room.

I want each machine to have it's own table space, and the ones that need to sit IN the table have their own well with a lift.

I want a cutting table big enough to lay out 60" wide fabric, and be at least 2 yards long. Of course covered in a self healing cutting mat. It has a fold down side so it's easier to handle smaller width fabrics.

No tv, but I want a small love seat and toy shelves for my grandson (and maybe more future grandchildren?) to be able to be in there with me. He needs a small table for playdoh and art stuff, and an easel.

I want a large pressing area.

I want a thread closet with pull out racks like kitchen spice racks, of course filled with complete sets of embroidery threads.

I can;t think of more right now, but I will add to it when I think of them!
