Hi ! My dealer just sent me an email. I knew Pfaff, Viking, Bernina, and Janome are all coming out with new machines in the next couple of months. I just learned from my Dealer a few days ago that the Quattro is being replaced, that probably means the Ellisimo will be replaced also? This is in part what my dealer's email said: "Brother's new releases should be available by August 9 or 10, Janome's new releases will be arriving around August 30 or 31 and Husqvarna Viking's new release will be Sept 20. Don't miss out, add these dates to your calender." Does anyone know yet what's new with new releases ? I've only heard a couple of things, and that was about the new Janome and the new Pfaff Pro. Anyone heard what's new on the new TOL Brother ?

I believe Brother's Dealer convention is this week so we should be hearing soon. On the Brother website it says "Quattro 3" but no picture so that's probably the new. I'm hoping we'll be able to do a software update to our current TOLs & have the features of the new one as they sometime do.

PS -- forgot to say that according to a Baby Lock dealer there will not be a new TOL. They will have some new machines but not a replacement for the Elissimo. Their convention is later this month.

The new BabyLocks are listed in the product but their website has always been the slowest site I've ever encountered.

Here are the new Brother machines, so expect BabyLock counterparts:
Quattro®3 Trilogy Limited Edition

New V-series additions
DreamCreator™ XE Innov-ís VM5100

DreamCreator™ Innov-ís VQ2400

Innov-ís NX570Q

There are also a couple of Limited Edition Project Runway machines and a new multi-needle embroidery machine.

Looks like, as with Bernina 880, 560, haven't heard about Pfaff or Janome, these are just updated versions of current TOLs

Babylock has their new machines up on their website. Upgrade to the Ellisimo Gold and new sewing and embroidery combo between the Crecendo and Symphony.

I like the looks of the white front machines better than the blue - at least online anyhow. There is no longer a brother dealer close-by. I bet in person I would love the blue, though.

Brother and Babylock do a great job coming up with new things that seem useful. I think I would use the laser guide. Sure - I dont need anything like that - but -- looks like fun to play with.

I thought the same thing about the laser, now I don't know what I'd do without it. It's been a pleasantly useful surprise on my Deramweaver.
