I just received an email from Baby Lock about this latest machine. Here's the link to
their page.

Does anyone know more about it? I've lost the sound on my computer so I don't yet have much of a clue about it.

Got my computer sound back - it was just that my main speaker volume was turned off. Doh!

Anyhow, the short video only has a musical accompaniment. No information except they invite us back on August 16th for the next sneak preview.

I received an email about it. There was a link to the video but it's just music. No picture or any specific information about the sm.

Yeah, we'll have to wait until the 16th for another teaser. I searched around the web but can't find any more info.

It looked like there was a focus on the edge finish of the little girl's top. An ovation is usually the last thing that happens in a performance. I'm guessing an update of the Evolution with new finishing options?

I noticed the edge finish on her skirt hem, too. And also the little butterflies that looked embroidered on the wings.

Maybe it's a combo sewing/serger or sewing/serger/embroidery machine....now THAT would be something.

I'm leaning towards a serger though. They haven't had a new model in a couple of years.

Hi,
I think this will be a new serger since I know that the new sewing machines are on the Babylock site and they are like the new Brother sewing machines. Also, I know that Brother doesn't make the Babylock sergers. I actually just called a Babylock dealer and the company has not given him any new information other than that "teaser" with a blurry picture of what I think looks like a serger that we can all see. He said that another "teaser" will be out next Friday.

The serger makes sense because I hear Bernina coming out with a new serger with knee lift and stuff. I think patent on jet air ran out. I for one LOVE my evolution. Not tempted because there is so much to learn and enjoy on evolution. I wouldn't buy another Bernina for any amount of money. Buggy updates and too high in cost for what you get
