Hi Folks,

Does anyone have the Babylock Rachel yet? I'm looking into a new machine and saw that this seems to be a new one out. I'm an intermediate seamstress, mainly make clothes for myself. I'm in the market for a new machine and was getting ready to head out to a local dealer soon when I received a notice about the Rachel. I'm not sure how new it is, but didn't see any reviews of it yet.

Thanks!

Rachel

Looks a lot like Grace. I see Grace is not in the line up anymore.

It's the same as the Brother Innov-ís 40. There are some reviews here.

Thanks so much! It is so confusing keeping track of which machine has a sister machine under another name! I will take a look at those reviews before I visit the dealer.

ITA. Other than the change to a lighter shade of blue and a new name, it looks identical to Grace.

it doesn't matter what type of sewing you do. you are sewing, and sewing is good.

Slight improvement...Rachel has 10 more stitches, bringing the total to 50, hence BL50A for this model.
