Hello everyone! I found this site when Googling for Baby Lock Ovation reviews. I look forward to participating, getting to know others, sharing pics, learning, and hopefully helping others as well.

I have been a very happy Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold owner for two years now. I have also been a very happy Baby Lock Evolution owner for a year but am trading it in with my dealer in the morning and picking up my new Ovation if the shipment arrives. *crossing fingers* I cannot wait and hope to spend the weekend getting to know the new Ovation.

Cross stitch was my first love but as time goes by, I have found myself falling more and more in love with sewing, machine embroidery, and serging. I am easing into more garment sewing (primarily for myself) but my passion is to construct crafty stuff (tote bags, in-the-hoop projects, home decor, etc). I am one happy camper when a project lets me sew, machine embroider, AND serge! :-D

I have two boys who are almost 21 and almost 18 so no grand baby sewing yet but maybe someday. :-) My husband is my very best friend and we have been married 12 years. We have a cat who is usually supervising me when I am in my craft room. Lol

I live in SW Oklahoma but my Baby Lock dealer is about 85 mikes away in Wichita Falls, TX, so I am often there. Not as often as I would like though. ;-)

Enough about me...better get some sleep. :-)

Hi LoriRay, Welcome to PR and have fun! This site is super interesting-there is something for everyone. The gallery is updated immediately and the boards are very active. Plus, the reviews are essential when shopping for that perfect machine.

Welcome LoriRay. Did you get the Ovation? I'm sure your furry sewing room supervisor will help you with the new machine...Quite a few of us have "help" in the sewing room from our fur babies.

Thank you for introducing yourself. I think you'll enjoy PR. Another new member referred to it as finding her tribe. I like that reference. My husband and now grown sons were in the Indian Guides program and had their own tribe. About time I had a tribal home of my own.

I have a question and will be sending you a PM (private message) which should show up in your Message Center towards the top right of the screen.

Welcome aboard LoriRay, you will probably have years of (from here to infinity...as my grandson's toy used to say) of sewing companionship/help/and good cheer with the PR troupe. Glad to meet you.

Thanks for the warm welcomes! :-)

I tried to respond to the private message but received another message saying I couldn't send a private message until I have been a member for five days. :-/ guess I will try again in a couple more days. Lol
