Hello, I was hoping someone would know where to get a pattern similar to the skirt in this photo. Any help would be appreciated. A friend asked for me to make this in navy blue for her.

Yes! Thank you so much! I was having such a hard time inserting the photo. Have you seen a pattern similar to that skirt at all? I've been searching and haven't come up with anything!

It's cute. It looks to me like a simple A-line skirt made with professionally pre-pleated fabric.

Definitely professionally pleated, and probably a full circle skirt.
Burda Magazine included a pattern for one a couple of years ago.

Thank you very much for the replies. I'll start searching for a place that makes the fabric.

That skirt is what is called a crystal pleated skirt. You will find some interesting links when you google crystal pleated fabric.

Yes, look for the pre-pleated fabric. It looks like a 3/4 circle skirt to me. It would also be nice as a simple A line.

Gorgeous fabrics often has pre-pleated fabric. You can also google and find somewhere where permanent pleats can be done for you if you get the fabric you want.

I just bumped in to this & remembered this thread:

Vogue Fabrics pleated skirt panels
They have many colors in 4 different fabric choices.

With a great wardrobe that's still in the flat-fabric stage.
