I must have sharp scissors for fabric cutting, sharp thread snippers to use at the machine, tailors chalk, clear rulers and french curve, cutting table at the right height, foldable grid-printed card board thingys, seam ripper, ironing board, sleeve board, steam iron, seam gauge, selection of thread and needles, a wrist pin cushion, long pins with metal heads, tons of bobbins, interfacing, reference books and OMG so many other little things...I could go on forever. This is an evil question!!! Of course a fabric stash, a pattern stash, and an awesome sewing machine(s) and serger(s)! Oh yeah, and some time to myself would be nice.

I have that bobbin box I love it. Want to get a few more. Other things (2) 6 x 24 ruler, sharp rotary cutter, good supply of thread, little scissors, chalk marking pencils, frixon pens, good iron, good shears, quilter's tape measure with the large numbers.

Assorted sizes of squares, good hand needles, large pin cushion, I also prefer glass head pins, 6 inch ruler, 12 inch ruler, sharp scissors, mat & rotary cutter.

I would say the things I appreciate the most are my scissors, large Gingher's for the big cuts, Kai's for the little ones. The Kai embroidery scissors are a MUST HAVE for applique with the embroidery module.

I also really love my Olfa rotating cutting mat. I use it all the time.

Speaking of cutting mats, my large cutting mat is also a must have for me.

Of course various rulers and rotary cutters are necessities.

I also really love my dry erase board for project notes.

My MOST favorite quilter's tool is the Quilter's Slidelock.
I've mentioned this item several times here in the forums. It simply does such a great job with cutting pieces!

My sewing room is full of my favorites, but I just replaced my cutting mat after TWENTY years. I purchased another long one that covers my cutting table completely, and it is PINNABLE!
