I thought Jomax only sold Pfaff and Viking. I've been trying to get up there to see the PCP in person. However I have no intention of buying one right now so feel I would be wasting their time. They been there for years and years. But I've never dealt with them, just on their mailing list.

Yes, that's where I bought my Quattro and my 2500 before that, as well as my daughter's sewing machine. I also take all of my machines there for servicing, they are really good and fair, I think. It is a very small shop, selling sewing machines, vacuums, and some fabrics and notions. They will sit with you and help you learn your new machine. I highly recommend them.

Although I didn't buy my PCP from them, I did use them to fix a vintage Kenmore chainstitcher. I've never had anything but good service from them. They replaced the foot controller on my chainstitcher and it cost me about $100 (and they actually questioned if I really wanted to spend that kind of money of such an old machine, but didn't do it in a "why would you want this piece of junk when we have all these nice new machines you could buy" kind of way. I enjoyed talking to the repair guy about my machine and I'm preparing to take my vintage 301 to him to have the controller on that upgraded to an electronic version.

Can't speak to their prices, but I've never had anything but good service from them (as I said above). And I"m willing to use them again.

Also, they DO sell Brother; I've seen the Brother machines there.

I did not buy from them, but did drive a little over an hour each way to bring them my 6000 series Viking, which my local guy couldn't figure out how to fix. The did a great job at a fair price. I will now drive that any time it needs to be serviced.
