SO let me start with some background. I'm making a Doctor Who outfit and I need a shirt with a wing collar. Now being a lady I've been looking for a ladies shirt with wing collar. Can't find one so I thought maybe I can use a shirt pattern like this and alter the collar into a wing collar.
I don't know if I should make it integral or do it the old fashioned way and have the collar removable? But then how do I keep it attached?
Plus should the triangle of the wings be isocolies triangle or slightly tilted?

That pattern should work,. I would use a slightly off triangles, for the wings.
Make the collar stand and leave it open where you want to put in the triangles, then play!!!! until they look good.
