The Marci Tilton Vest V8954 is cute.

I think the models they chose this time are very beautiful.

yes, I think they are new!

I like 8947, but their sample garment has some serious fitting or sewing issues on the bust. Makes me a bit concerned about the pattern.

I love view C of 8948

And 8951 is nice & also practical.

Overall, a nice variety and certainly some dresses for those holiday gatherings.

And I agree, although the models are slim they don't look anorexic.

With a great wardrobe that's still in the flat-fabric stage.

I've noticed a couple of cute tops and pretty dresses. But I was really hoping for some sharp coats. Maybe a pea coat with all the details, or a perfectly cut cocoon coat. Oh well.

Maybe it's just the fact that I'm in dire need of warmer clothes following our move from SoCal to Seattle, but I saw quite a few things that I liked. The offerings in this collection are more "me" than any big 4 collection in recent memory.

V1378

I especially like the pieced slim-fitting pants. I've been looking for a similar leggings pattern. This is close enough:

V8960:
I like the simplicity of this coat:

V8944:
A dress with long sleeves!

V8950
Long-sleeved tee with color block/contrast options:

I guess the 80s really ARE back. So many of these patterns look like they're strongly 80s influenced, particularly this one:

Look instantly three sizes bigger by wearing this outfit!

One woman. One sewing machine. One giant stack of fabric. What could possibly go wrong?

Only three? Whoa, that's an ugly creation!

The 8962 tunic is more interesting than the photo appears - the back is cut on the bias, and the side seams are wrapped around to the front. The line drawing shows a better example of the effect than the photo.

I like 8944, although I'm not too sure about the seam right across the bust.

At first glance there is nothing I must have. The wrap top and pants are cute but I have an old vogue that is very similar.

The tops and tunics are cute but nothing really new.

I noticed that too, but I think the dress has been pinned to fit the model but subsequently not photo-edited.

The line drawing is so gorgeous.

Cheap fabrics, like cheap shoes, are a false economy.
