Guess I'm almost plus sized. I sewed a Burda dress, cutting a misses 44-46, and it fit better than a lot of clothes I've made. Some of the blouse patterns I've been looking at seem to be plus, starting at 44. Is there much difference? Should I hold out for regular patterns that go up to 46?

btw I've got big shoulders, and currently wearing a 36D or 36DD.

In my experience the plus patterns tend to have a bit more ease, and have roomier arms. They may also be drafted for a bigger bust, I can't recall the official line.
