I have no idea where this went! Here is what I wanted to say. I have a pinterest sewing board with over 650 tutorials. I have lots of follower, over 3500, so I thought this might be a good place to explain that I am taking all those tutorials and subdividing them into other boards like:

Sewing tutorials: zippers
or
Sewing tutorials: pockets,

etc.

So far I have a board for zippers, pockets, pattern drafting, fit, and they all came from my main tutorial board. There is no way to communicate this change to the sewing followers so I thought I would do this post here.

What other boards would you like to see? I am thinking separate boards for tutorials on:

buttons
finishing details
fabric

Any other ideas for how you would like to see your sewing boards that you visit divided up to be more user friendly and to get you to the information faster? Thanks for any comments.

What prompted this action on my part was looking for a specific tutorial one night, one I knew I had and then having to delve through over 600 pins to find it. It was way at the bottom, of course!

How do you divide up your pins?

I'd like to follow you on Pinterest - are you bunnypn there? Or can you provide a link to one of your boards?

My boards are mostly random, lol. Sometimes I have to look through 3 for sewing-related stuff (Cool stuff, My Style, and Stuff to make some day). Luckily I don't have many Pins!

Here you go, Donna: My Webpage

Let me know if it would be better organized a different way. Keep in mind I am not done yet.

Is anyone else finding they now have so many pins and have to break them down into sub groups?
