Just surfing a bit and came across the DC2014. It's purple...really purple...hmmm.....don't know if I like the color or not.

On my computer monitor the color looks like fuchsia.

Yes, and that wouldn't be great. A nice pink would have been good. This machine has been out in so many colors though, and even in all white - which is the prettiest I think - as the Kenmore 19110. ;)

They seem to match close to Pantone's color of the year, which for 2014 is Radiant Orchid. I was hoping in 2012 they would have matched with Tangerine Tango. Waiting for something orange!

Who made Pantone the color gods anyway? I have never "gotten" that whole thing. If it causes anything to be fuchia it just "ain't right". Hahahaha..

You can still find a few pink DC2011's out there, brand new.

I'm partial to red machines. I remember when they had the red heart health model.

I never thought that was pink.....pink would be pink, as in the Eden Rose....now that machine os SO VERY LOVELY......ahhh.........well......;)

True, it's more of a saturated pink. The Eden Rose is a very pretty pink.
