I have a .emb file that I want to open with Pfaff 5D Embroidery Extra software. Is this possible? When I try to convert it to use on a Husqvarna Viking in 5D Organizer, it doesn't see/recognize the file?

Since it's more a condensed Wilcom embroidery kind of file, maybe just use something free and from Wilcom, to open and view it first, and then also to convert it from .emb format, to a very common stitch only kind of .dst maybe file format first. That would probably be a good one, file format wise. Then feed that converted .dst file to the software program you got instead. Then stitch out like that, instead.
I think you can download that Wilcom True Sizer program that could probably do that for you free over here:
I think that process should work, as I recently downloaded the free 5D organizer program, and it reads and opens and lets you work with very common .dst format embroidery designs just fine.
So I think you are going to have to do it in 2 separate steps with a file conversion in there in the middle, to even be able to open it in 5D at all.
