Got my hat loaded up...pull in file and it says I need to change to a bigger frame? Im embroidering hats and the pattern is 3.85" What am I not doing?

Is the Hat jig and hoop installed correctly. If so, the design should automatically be rotated on the display screen. Also, the embroidery field for hats is not 4x4, it's a rectangular field wider but not as tall. If you can post pictures of your hat jig in place, hoop mounted on jig and display screen I may be able to help you.
