Any for storing fabric and patterns?

I just got an IPhone. Is there an app for storing the fabric and patterns I have so when I go to Joann's I can use it?

Yes, Sewing Kit HD. I use this mainly for my patterns. It's connected with Mc calls so if you buy any of either mcCalls, Vogue, Butterick or Kwik Sew online, they automatically load into the program.

Not specific to iPhone (there are apps and you can also access via the website), but I use Pinterest. It's easy to save pattern images directly to it, for one thing. There is a Mozilla extension for computer that will allow you to right-click and pin for sites that don't support it.

If you have your patterns listed in the 'Pattern Catalog" section under My Stuff here at Pattern Review, you could access them from anywhere. Am I right, fellow sewists?

The PR pattern catalog is helpful for remembering what patterns you already have, but the app Sewing Kit HD had much more info that loaded automatically....all the photos, line drawings, fabric requirements, etc.
I had Sewing Kit HD and loved it...used it constantly. They came out with an update and mine has not worked since.

That's exactly what happened to me! I have written to Mike, the original creator, but I haven't gotten a reply. He used to be really responsive, but now that McCalls appears to have ownership of the app, I don't know how much he's involved anymore.

Isn't it frustrating? It was a great app even when it crashed now and then. I would just reopen it and carry on.
I had such high hopes for the update. I liked the interface...what little I have seen. I miss it.

It is very frustrating. I used this app on my iPod touch (I'm not really much of an apple user), and it's an older pre-camera model. I wish I knew how to uninstall the latest update and reinstall an older version, but that doesn't appear to be an option. Do you know? I have almost everything from SewingKit backed up to my PC, but a lot of good it does me.Can't see it on my PC.

PattyE, I've been able to get SewingKit working again by downgrading to a previous version. Not easy because I don't have any other apple products and had to do everything in Windows and iTunes, but not impossibly difficult either. It can be done. Best if you have a current backup. I thought my latest backup was from 2012, but it pulled in almost all the patterns I had in the app previously.
