I just received an email from Burda to become a charter subscriber to the US edition: 4 issues for $29.99, that's a 50% saving. Or, if the subscription is paid by CC, 5 issues for that price. That would be a saving of 60%. I think I'll do that.
Who would like to join me? I hope a widespread positive response could show Burda that the US market has a viable customer base, and they'll be more inclined to listen to our requests and preferences. Here is the link.
I was impressed with the Fall 2013 issue. I didn't buy it because I already had a number of the patterns from individual copies. However, where I live, I can't purchase the monthly magazine, and the yearly subscription is a bit pricey. Finding a particular issue is typically hit-and-miss. Receiving a quarterly magazine is very appealing.

That offer has been available for awhile now. I signed up before that offer came out but it was 4 issues for $24.99. I think the next issue is set to come out tomorrow.
