I don't know if this is a new feature or not, but Lekala is now generating a 3D preview of your body with the measurements that you give them! It is super cool. You get it when you order one of their patterns. I think that it is pretty accurate for me- other than the blue body and purple socks.
Here is mine:
This should be a great croquis for me to use when selecting styles!

Neat feature! I haven't seen that, and I ordered a couple of Lekala patterns (from the US site) about two weeks ago.

Did you order from the Russian or US site?

I just ordered from the US site today, so maybe it is brand new!

great for fitting, but I'm not sure I want to look at what my silhouette will be. At least not without sunglasses....and a dark room.

That is very cool. Did you get it with your order, and is it now saved to your account so you can reuse it?

Yes, it is a highlighted link, just like the pdf link and the instruction link. It is available on older orders as well, so all orders must now be updated. Here's one for a friend who I made something for last year:
.
She is considerably shorter and curvier than I am, and it definitely captures that.

Haha! Yes, they do seem to glow a little bright. It might help to grayscale it in Photoshop!

I need to go back to a recent order and see if I just missed it. I so love those purple socks

I just logged in and checked my previous order. The 3D preview is there. Not pretty but it does assure me they get the shape they are designing for. Now I want a second 3D with the pattern on that body.

Mine's pretty accurate also. Even my dh thinks so. :D

Thanks for pointing it out!

If you want to use it for a croquis just trace it in black pen and then copy it to use.
