I'm looking for a pattern, not just a tutorial, for a convertible dress? Any leads? Something along the lines of the jersey dresses with the long straps that can be tied many ways. I know it would probably be easy to draft, but I'm lazy ;)

Butterick has one in their "out of print" section. Number 5606. I've had this pattern for years, but haven't used it yet. Looking to make something up for my Daughter-in-law one day.

I saw a free one on line several years ago. As I wouldn't wear such a dress I didn't bookmark it. And I don't know what search to use. I would try to google - free convertable dress pattern and see what comes up. If you find something similar be sure to read any links and the comments in what you find. They are often a wealth of information.

Sancin, I think you are referring to the "Infinity" dress. I had forgotten about that It was all the rage a few years ago.

Hi: I don't know if it's still in print. Look for McCall's M6353
