I have had this Modcloth skirt pinned on my "Things I want to make" Pinterest board for ages:

Here is the original Modcloth listing with some additional views as well.

The closest thing I've found on my own is amusingly enough an old pattern I happened to pick up as part of a bundle on eBay (cover image of OOP Butterick 3261) but I would have to do some work (remove the ruffle, lengthen, figure out the pleats).

The thing is, I am almost certain I have seen something identical or at least really similar but I can't seem to locate it again! Anyone have any ideas?

It's either Burdastyle 05-2012-113 knit skirt or Petite 02-2013-111 skirt or wrap dress.

(both are on my To Sew List...since they came out!!!! LOL)

02-2013-111 was what I was going to suggest too. It would be a good start.
Love the skirt- I'm a sucker for suiting fabric!

Thank you both so much! I was definitely thinking of 02-2013-111, the petite skirt. I don't think I could wear it to work with the tulip shape at the front, but that's a smaller fix than trying to drape in those pleats.

There's also Vogue 8711. Similar draping but with a partial yoke.
