Hi,
I recently purchased a Brother 2340cv and I am wondering what the best settings (tension, width, differential, etc.) would be for hemming 100% cotton sweatshirt fleece (weight = 12oz per linear yard).

Hi and welcome!! I have the same machine. I'm not sure if the fabric I used on this dress is the same as what you're using but it can be a starting point. The tension I used from left to right was 3.5/3.5/not used/6. This is a 2 thread cover stitch using the left and middle needles. The best recommendation is take a scrap of fabric and test it out first. My other recommendation is learn how to quickly unpick a cover stitch. I'll save you a lot of headache.
