For anyone who wanted the SA rulers, but missed out when the Etsy shop closed, they are now available here, in two sizes, 5/8 ths and 3/8ths:

I love Claire's SA rulers. Bought them in 3/8,1/2 and 5/8- I have used all of them and am so sorry she's closed but glad they are still available. I do not know if the Woolly Thread will carry the1/2 inch size but it is great as well.

I agree, great rulers. I just used mine recently to mark the stitching line on some bias-cut fabric.

Oh, I never thought about marking stitching lines. Great idea! I thought they were used to add seam allowances.

FYI: I just purchased some SA rulers and the SA measuring wheel on Amazon.

These are such useful tools! I wonder why they were not invented years ago--I mean, transparent, curved, variable lines to trace off??? What could be more useful?

I'd been hesitant to buy these because of the cost and am glad I waited! Wooly Thread has a July special this month: Buy one standard-sized 5/8" SA Curve ruler, get the mini 5/8" one half off. I ordered mine last Friday and got them on Tuesday. Quick delivery!
