This morning I received an email saying my April 7 order had been refunded. The message included a link to my invoice. There was no explanation. I've sent an inquiry, but in the meantime...has this ever happened to anyone else?

I don't understand. Did they send you your order then refund you?
Or, are you saying they cancelled your order?

There's no indication it was shipped. Under Order Status on the invoice it simply says Refunded.
I have the Paypal receipt, so I know they were paid.

Sounds like a mix-up to me. Seems like you should just email them to let them know you're order shouldn't have been cancelled and you do want it.

I'm sure I'll hear back tomorrow. It's just annoying on two counts: I get really excited about receiving their patterns and there was no explanation for what happened.

That is really irritating! I've never had any mix-ups on my orders, so I'll be interested to hear how responsive they are to this issue. Hope you get it resolved quickly!

I've ordered lots of times, and never had that happen. Send her a quick email and ask.

They are a fabulous company, and I love their patterns.

You didn't send the wrong currency or something did you?

I've worked for an online seller where we did this when occasionally the buyer picked the wrong currency on Paypal. But we always sent an email to explain, and asking them to re-submit the payment.

I'm sure you will get an email reply to sort out what has happened.

Mystery solved! Message received this morning says someone clicked the wrong button...refunded instead of shipped! Now I feel silly for stressing over it.
