Hi everyone. I'm not sure which direction to go on an FBA on Style Arc's Darla dress . I know how to add a dart or add to a dart and I'm sure I can do an FBA on a princess seam, but this dress has both so I don't know which direction to go. I can't find anything similar in my searches online. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

Is it a princess seam or just a style line? I suspect it is just a style line, so I'd work with a dart alone

I've made this dress. The front seam is an actual princess seam with shaping and not just a design line.

Well, I made a muslin without any adjustments (too see how much I'd have to adjust) and the bodice fit perfect without having to do an FBA. I'm sure it's because my fabric has some good stretch to it. Whew!

This leads me to another question: Anne, the facings are throwing me off big time! It doesn't make sense after turning the neck/ under yoke to the inside. It states to sew the arm hole facings with right sides together from the inside. How did you do yours, please? Thank you again!
