I've been watching from the sidelines, but this year I am taking the pledge.

Are any PR members doing it? Just wondering.

Are you sewing anything new in preparation for MMM? To fill the gaps in your wardrobe?

Are you going to take daily outfit photos? I just downloaded a self timer app for my iphone. Cause its hard enough to request DH to take photos for my reviews, everyday photos will be a deal breaker for him

I do it very informally with no photos....and since my blog isn't up and running, I don't post. I tried it when it first started and it was a stretch but I made it. Since then, it's been a lot easier but I haven't been sewing many clothes lately, so I do need to redo my wardrobe.

I've been intrigued, watching it in years past on others' blogs. This is my first year where I've actually been regularly blogging, so I think I might give it a go! On most days, I wear a top or a dress that I've made myself, so I don't think this will be too difficult.

Let us know how you like the time app on your iPhone. I don't know why I hadn't thought to search for one of those. Sometimes it's a pain to try to get DH to take photos for reviews/blog posts.

Well the front facing camera isn't all that good as the back facing but it works in a pinch. I don't know if I will post daily or not but I might document it every week.

I'm going to participate informally, too. My daughter loves to take pictures so maybe I'll ask if she can remember to be the one to snap them. I'm also following the No RTW 2014 challenge on my own. I did end up buying one RTW shirt but I think it's okay since it's for the college my son has picked. We have to represent, you know. And he picked one that doesn't have licensed fabric so I think that makes it double okay.

I use TimerCam and it works fairly well. Which one did you choose?

Good on you Deepika.
This is my 3rd year of participating.
My goal this year is to wear at least 1 item that I haven't worn since I made it, so this year might be very amusing for me.
The tripod will live in my car as I try to take location shots before work - if the weather is good but I'll only do one blog post per week.
This is a great initiative to see the styles people wear and how they create something completing different from the same patterns we all have. That's the positive that I get from MMMay14.
Keep an eye out for the May 4th posts

Because I live in Southern Baja and clothing here is expensive and not made well, I make almost everything that I wear. I have decided to take part in Me Made May.
My DH has learned the drill and will take photos, as will several friends. So,with that in mind, I coax them with an invitation to swim in my pool,or out for coffee. But my friends enjoy my blog and the gifts that I make for them, so they are happy to take part. And one friend made a flower clip for me to wear In my hair for photo shoots!
Tomorrow, Monday, is a holiday here, DH and I are going out for a coffee and he will take a photo of me in the pink linen Lekala blouse that I completed today.
I will, try to pin daily, I will blog weekly.
Can't we also post our photos here on this thread?

I've been doing really well wearing MMM but not taking photos. My first few days were good because I was at PR Weekend. Now the whole day just slips by and I forget to take photos. I am taking one now. Do you write to your blog first and then pin it or just upload it to pinterest?
