Hello! Just this morning I "Googled" upon hhtp://mrsdepew.com (sorry couldn't get the "hhtp://" button to work).

Has anyone tried any of the patterns? It does sound rather interesting... the blurb reads thus:

"This is a pattern from a French pattern drafting system fairly similar to the Lutterloh golden rule patterns. You will be able to draft a pattern to your exact size from the miniature pattern template and specially designed rulers. To scale any of these special patterns from doll to children or adult sizes is easy. Rulers are available to draft the pattern as small as an 18" chest to as large as a 56" chest and the pattern will be scaled perfectly every time.
ALL RULERS ARE INCLUDED AS PRINTABLES WITH THESE PATTERNS."

I tried searching PR for anything about Mrs Depew but didn't find anything. Maybe my searching skills are below par! Love to hear any experiences! Thanks xx

I haven't tried this one from her, but I have used her patterns.

As to this particular one, I believe it's either Haslam or Eclair Coupe de Paris (I could dig in my own books and find out which one for sure, but the ruler would be the giveaway on it). I own both of them, and they do work about the same as Lutterloh. Not terribly hard, and if it's like the lingerie I bought, she actually spent the time to make instructions which can be a huge help.

Not much help, but she's been fantastic in helping when the patterns have needed it. NAYY.

Thanks Kwakked. I don't know much about this whole Lutterloch/Haslam/Eclair Coupe de Paris thingo. I should do some further investigation! Some of the frocks Ms Depew has are nice...maybe once I've finished my current project(s!) x
