HI, I just got a limited time promotional offer from Craftsy on their classes-one class for $19.99. -only until April 28 2014,which is today. However, when I signed in, the price shows up as $69.99. I have sent them an email,but am waiting for a response. Has anyone else had this problemand found a solution. Thanks

You need to read the offer very carefully as it really says some classes are on sale for $19.99, not all classes. Same thing happened to me a week or so ago.

I received that email yesterday and found that all sewing classes were $19.99 each. I bought one. Then I received that message again this morning and found that all sewing classes were full price, despite the email noting that they were $19.99 again. Although they sent me that message again after I had already bought one, they had clearly reset the pricing. Seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! I imagine they'll honor the $19.99 price for you for one class today.

I never receive email from Craftsy even though I have taken several classes and have about 6 in my wishlist AND I have my notifications set to receive email. I am determined not to take any more classes, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be tempted if they sent me a super stupendous coupon deal.

I have complained to Craftsy many times about their inconsistent pricing. I really think they are guilty of bait and switch tactics.

I would just persist with customer service. In my experience with them the website will bill the wrong price but customer service will see that the appropriate amount is billed when you let them know about the problem.

It is very frustrating.

I am having the same problems trying to contact them. Talk about poor customer service. It is not a company I want to do business with anymore.

I did buy a class for $19.99 (regularly $69.99) this weekend. Haven't received the second email.

But, recently I did have some trouble with Craftsy's customer service, I was trying to buy a gift class for my MIL (well, future MIL), and couldn't get it in the cart. After a couple of completely useless emails, suggesting I change my browser, I did finally get someone knowledgable, and a free class for my MIL in the bargain.

I think they are having some growing pains, but trying to make things right.

I received that same email. I had to enter their website via my email to get the $19.99 price. I was able to sign up for that $69.99 class, "Patternmaking + Design: Creative Necklines".

I have found Craftsy Customer Service to be outstanding. Anytime I've asked a question, I've gotten a prompt response. Anytime I had a problem to address, I've received an answer back and a resolution to the situation. At one time, I was having credit card issues and didn't want to chance using my CC on their website, even with https. I was able to arrange it so I couold mail a check to a specific CS rep and receive confirmation once my check was received. I had to wait a little longer for the check to clear, but that wasn't a problem for me. As you can tell, I'm a very satisfied Craftsy customer.

I agree with you - the email I received yesterday offered a class for 49.99 down from 69.99 - no 19.99 classes listed on this email to me.
