Don't think there's too much to get excited about IMO but then I haven't been too interested in many of the latest offerings from the pattern companies to be honest

Her stance is telling!

I knew there'd be lots of dresses so I wasn't terribly excited...but I think there is a cute pattern or two.

I like both tunics: 6069 and 6058

I like the back of this but I just purchased a Lekala with this detail so...

Really like the seaming on 6053

I really wanted to look at the new Katherine Tilton vest, I saw a picture of it from Puyallup, and it reminded me of a vest/gillet I bought that was designed and made in Denmark, and that I like a lot. I plan to try that one, but don't see a whole lot else that interests me

I'm intrigued by the swimsuit, but not much else.

I'm underwhelmed, too. I do not like the "cold shoulder" look - a sleeveless top is more casual-work-acceptable than those.

On the dresses: B6051 is nothing new, but maybe worth pointing out that it's a MOCk wrap. I like B6050, the knit sundress with the back detail, so that one goes on my list. I like B6053's seaming details, and am so tempted because it's a multi-cup-sized pattern, but let's face it, I'm not going to make that dress, and I have a number from McCalls that are very similar.

As far as the tunics, B6069 looks like it would just make a larger woman look...larger. B6056 will likely go on my list, but only if done in a very soft, drapey fabric. I do not like the cowl neckline on B6058, but I do like the rest of the garment int he photo, so if I make it, it would be with the round neck.

I can see several things I'd make on B6065 - but even though I like the hemline detail on the top, I'm just thinking my middle age soft tummy is gonna poke through. Even though the peplum tops are getting old, I like the dress on B6066 with the cut away sleevless look.

B6060 has some cute skirts - nothing new if you've been snapping up whatever is on sale, but if you haven't, this would be a good buy at the sale prices.

I really like 6053.

I'm a sucker for topstitching and I love the lines. I think it would be very flattering on. It also calls for Denim as one of the fabrics and I have some white denim aging nicely in my stash that would be a great summer dress.

I really like the Maggi London Dress (that other like also, but so many of these are boxy or bulky! (BTW, white denim with variegated thread for the topstiching would be amazing!)

The See & Sew patterns all make that model look Plus Size - and I'm sure she's WAAAAAAY smaller than I am! And most of the 3rd and 4th row on the first page could double as maternity wear.
