Who uses the Clover Hera Marker? Is one worth having? How have you found it useful in garment sewing, not quilting?

I bought one a few months ago, but I have not used it yet. :(

it doesn't matter what type of sewing you do. you are sewing, and sewing is good.

I used one for a project year ago. I think but am not sure it was my sister's wedding dress. The marker makes an impression in the fabric that can be seen (at least on certain fabrics like the heavy silk taffeta I was using) on both sides, without having to use chalk and then worry about removing the marks. It is good for marking folds, tucks, pleats, darts, etc. I don't know whether my eyesight is good enough to make use of that as a marker anymore.

I've had one for approximately twenty years. Maybe used it once or twice, never for marking quilting designs. They have their place and handy to have because you just never know when you might need it.

Oh my, you were either up really early or you couldn't sleep. Hope it wasn't the latter.
