I came across this on Pinterest and really want to make it. I am going to scope out some lightweight denim for this. Does anyone have pattern suggestions?

The most recent issue of Ottobre Woman has a very similar dress. You'd need to change the elastic casing on the Ottobre to a drawstring, convert the skirt darts to gathers, and modify the hem, but both of those are really easy changes.

Burda 7097?

Maybe shorten the sleeves on this Salme dress?

This OOP McCall's View A has similar sleeves

It looks so familiar. Wish I knew where I'd seen it. LOL

The Anda at Burdastyle is very similar, though the neckline is not as round.

I feel like I own a 80s pattern that is similar. I will need to go and check, but I am fairly certain that a vintage pattern could be the way to go. I have a lot of that style dress in my wardrobe, so I can see the allure! :)

The Medina caftan from HotPatterns is free on Fabric.com, and it looks very similar. Small changes to run the waist drawstring all the way around, and eliminate the shaping at the neckline would be all you need.

The fabric in the photo looks like tencel or some other microfiber done in a denim color.

The Salme Kimono Dress is perfect for this. I wonder if the armhole is going to be too big though.

I actually have a tencel in my stash but it doesnt seem as sturdy as the photo. I also have a lightweight denim which might work. This will look so cute with red sandals.

Could that fabric be a washed silk? I've been looking for some but it's hard to find.

Cute!
How about any boat-neck T pattern lengthened?
Like the idea of a tunnel waist tie, eliminate that seam/bulk
at the waist for summer coolness.
Where do you find Tencel now? I remember having RTW pants that stained badly (like silk) when it first came out.
