I -love-, like really, really love, the MuVit foot that is featured on the DreamWeavers. I don't know if it will work with the Quattros, but I sure do hope it will! I haven't asked or tried it to find out. So... now I am!

I was lucky enough to score a Brother Quattro 2 6700D with a ton of goodies, and I mean a TON, for only $4,000. It has only been used once or twice, has a very low stitch count, it is in great condition. I'm going to pick it up sometime next week. It would be extremely great if the MuVit foot is something I could also add to it as well.

I am already extremely happy with the machine as is. I would just be overjoyed if it could actually take the MuVit foot as I work with a lot of faux fur. I have had success with faux fur and a walking foot on the Brother SE400 I currently have. I know. That's insane. But I do clean it often while working with it. I also only use high quality threads such as Floriani, Madeira, and Sulky.

Does anyone know if it also works with the pen that the DreamWeaver has? Doesn't matter, just wondering. I am pretty sure that it will NOT work with that pen. Just curious is all.

Thank you all so much for reading! Have a wonderful day and a lovely night.

No, at this time the MuVit foot dosn't work with the Quatrro machines. I had asked a Brother rep at a sewing show a few weeks back.

Seems like there could be an upgrade to enable it huh? Interesting that the newer non tol models include that feature and better lighting. The Quattro's been out many years now, granted with ongoing upgrades to add to its abilities, but makes me wonder if there won't be a new tol sometime soon?

Thanks.

The Brother Quattro 3 6750D is out now. Just came out within the past month or so!

I will just hope and pray they will have that foot someday soon. Ugh.

I am also wanting many other machines so even if they never make the foot for it, I suppose I can wait until I can afford the other machines I'd like to have. Oh well.

Hmm, the dealer I work for started selling it last year after Brother convention and there is an upgrade for those with prior versions.... I think the original Quattro was out around 2007....

I highly doubt it as the muvit foot is a high shank foot because of its design and the quattro is not a high shank machine

:'( Turns out that the person that claimed to have the Brother Quattro 2 6700D for sell was just pulling my leg. I feel heartbroken and have cried about it. I know that makes me sound like such a brat. I .. have just been wanting this for so long and... then... wow.. I feel legitimately hurt, letdown, and disappointed. It was like a dream come true just snatched away. I even had a flight booked and everything..

Hi Seroki,

So sorry about you not getting the Quattro 2 as advertised. I received the Quattro 3 6750D for Christmas and though it came with a walking foot, I've been using my open toe walking foot that fits my my Viking Platinum 750 with no issues.
