Uh-huh. The real deal industrial. Compound feed, 3500 SPM, largest stitch 5 SPI, definitely will sew leather. I do believe it would sew sheet metal if the needle could handle it. Got it up to 8 layers of jeans denim and quit for now, because I just had to post. Kind of stoked. Probably never going to hit the limits on this one.

Hi, Al-
I got a real deal on a Singer industrial last year. Also a workhorse. Had never seen a machine motor that sits in an oil bath. If you need any help with it, the people at TJ Elias on Snelling in Minneapolis have been very helpful. Have fun with your new toy!

Did you haul it home in one piece or separated? Did you have to service it in any way?

Was it from an estate? CL? One or 2 piece motor/clutch?

Extra goodies?
