I was looking for something else and was surprised to find this tutorial!

Constructing the basic trouser block

They termed it construction - I think PR members would have titled this "drafting the basic trouser block". But it's drafting ...

Did you mean to link to a pdf that has been redacted?
I don't know what you are seeing, but what I see has large areas of solid black markings so most of the instructions are unusable.

I would suggest this page instead:

I am looking at it on Internet Explorer and it appears fine. So it much be whatever browser you are on, lets you view it or not!

It could also be the pdf reader I use. I don't use Adobe as my default reader. I'll have to try it with Adobe. I generally use Foxit.

But oddly I could see it fine on my iPod Touch in Safari. I wonder what pdf reader macs use as a default?

Yes, it's viewable in Adobe. :)
