Iam from Colombia but for now I am living in Calgary. I was thinking in taking some sewing clases at Chinook Learning Services.
Are they worth it?
What about ICS?
I will appreciate any advice!

Welcome to pattern review (and Canada!)
I guess it depends on what you want out of a sewing course. Some questions to ask yourself are do you have any sewing experience, and what type of sewing are you hoping to do?
I looked up the classes you mentioned (Sewing - Getting Started and Sewing Beginner Level 2). They look to be aimed at someone with no or limited sewing experience. They also provide sewing machines if you don't have your own to bring. Based on the information provided I think you could learn some good basic skills in those classes. However, if you are already a more experienced sewer, you may find them too basic.
Hope that helps.
