What KillerDuck likes about this machine
I bought this one for my Mom. It is a 1950, with the 1951 "Centennial" Badge, and almost a direct copy of my machine (a 1948 201-2). I work with my 201 the most, and Mom wanted a machine just like her sons, but i wanted a special one for her ! After twenty hours of cleaning, adjusting, and re-wiring, i have my mothers "Centennial". It is a excellent little runner, and throws a perfect little stitch.
I learned on Grams Elna Supermatic (another great machine, and a free arm), but i would like the sewers in the family to have nice old Singers.
Mom is just going nuts over her new little baby!

What KillerDuck does not like about this machine
Your kidding, right? Once you drive a "Ferrari", you never go back! This is the machine i use every day.
