What lkirkpat likes about this machine I like hearing the power in the machine What lkirkpat does not like about this machine Frustrated I can not thread it. Fabric keep bunching up underneath. It was running great. I spent entire day threading and retreading no dealers close by. |

I have this machine. Check the boards. There are several threads about threading. I would post links but I am not that computer savy.

You may find something on youtube or even at the Juki sight on threading.

I have this serger also and love it. Threading takes a bit of a learning curve. I took photos of how the machine (inside) should look when I learned to thread ti properly. If threaded right, there should be no bunching of fabric. Check out youtube and yes, as suggested by svetlana, some threads. Hope you're able to get it working; it's a very nice serger.

Okay thanks after 2 days of threading and retreading. My threading was not incorrect. I had replaced one needle and it was totally different from the one it came with. I changed both needle that look a little bent. It running like a charm. I love it!

I have this serger and love it. I bought it after doing a lot of research. I am glad you figured out that your threading was correct. This is a really easy machine to thread. I bought the 654 for my DIL and she loves it.
