The Sensation is a very slight upgrade from the Vision. Thread in the take up lever in the Vision would jump out frequently. That issue is resolved in the Sensation. But, the large turnable hoop still does NOT align properly most of the time. Even though a design was created in the 5D software. If all colors are stitched on the first side, the pull on the fabric most often prevents proper alignment of the design when switching to the 2nd side. A semi work around is to stitch color by color - side 1 then side 2 for color 1. Then side 1 then side 2 for color 2, etc etc. Even using this method, alignment is not the best.
Overall stitching is ok but not the best of my machine. I will not purchase another Pfaff embroidery machine. In fact, my newer embroidery machines are Brother Quattro, Brother DreamWeaver and Janome 11000. All 3 of these stitch much nicer and the Janome's large hoop is just a tiny bit smaller than the Grand Dream Hoop but the output is super !!!
Grand Dream Hoop does not align without using Precise Positioning each time the hoop is turned.
Stitches are not the best.
