Announcing New Simplicity Patterns!

Spring, Spring, Spring! The air is full of Spring, and so are our sewing rooms!

The latest Simplicity fashions put more Spring in the air!







Simplicity 2170 Scarves

One Size


Let's accessorize! You can make four different scarves with this pattern. View A has vertical ruffles down its length. View B has ruffled ends. View C is a fringed number, and View D fastens end-to-end for a great cowl look.

Suggested Fabrics: Silks and silk types, charmeuse, crepe de chine, laundered silks-rayons, crinkled gauze, chiffon, georgette, voile, and sandwashed silk.





Simplicity 2182 Misses Top SUEDEsays C.F.F. Pattern
sizes 4-12, 12-20


This pattern is part of the SUEDEsays Collection and is rated "C.F.F"(= "Cool Fast Fashion"!).

This pattern has 3 views. View A is a halter-style top with long fringe on one side, a hip-revealing slanted hem, and criss-cross straps in the back. View B is a variation with T-strap back. View C is an off-the-shoulder ruffled number that skims the hips.

Suggested Fabrics: For stretch-knits only. Jerseys, stretch velvet, velour, two-way stretch, and novelty knit fabrics.




Simplicity 2186 Misses' Skirts
Sizes 6-14, 16-24


We're finally getting to skirt weather! This pattern from Simplicity gives you four different styles to choose from. View A shows a curved seam below the hip with a gathered skirt and handkerchief pleat in front. View B is the same, in a shorter length. View C sports an extension ruffle, cut on the bias. View D is a shorter shirt, plain, without a ruffled hem.

Suggested Fabrics: Batiks, silks and silk types, charmeuse, challis, gauze, crinkled gauze, voile, georgette, double georgette, and handkerchief linen.
