What is this notion used for? Picking up needles & other metal objects in sewing area especially on the floor.

Did you get your money's worth after the purchase? Yes I think I definitely have gotten my money's worth.

Is this notion easily available? I bought it on Ebay. I think it can be found at a hardware store but I am not sure. It is made by XIANG & is called Pro-Craft Magnetic Pick Up Tool.

Would you recommend it to others? Yes I would recommend it. One thing I really like is it has telescopic extension that goes from 6 inches to 26 inches in length. Also the magnetic end is fairly large & is a pretty strong magnetic. The extension portion makes it very good for me as less bending over is required to use it. Also it is very pet friendly ...no noises, no plastic pieces (my kitties love to chew plastic).
I like this item quite well.
